We have always tried to do everything by the book, pay our taxes, etc, so it was a bit of a shock, to say the least, when we received a notice from the Texas State Comptroller that we had been selected for a sales tax audit. We were soon inundated with emails, phones calls and letters from various tax consultants offering their services.

I wanted to write this letter of gratitude to you for the wonderful job you did for our company during our recent sales tax audit.
I had never been through an audit before and had no idea what to expect. When I visited with you on the telephone before I hired you, I was impressed with the fact that you answered all my questions, without hesitation, and had a clear understanding of what was involved in an audit and what I could expect. You advised me how to gather the information and you were here the first day of the audit to help in any way you could and also, several days throughout the audit.
